About the Mountwood Challenge Trail Race
Half Marathon and 5K trail races located in Mountwood Park - 15 miles east of Parkersburg, WV on U.S. Route 50. Take the Volcano Road exit and the main parking lot is about one half mile by the boat ramp. The half marathon has a 4 hour time limit - any participant over 2 hours at the halfway point will be routed to the finish. T-shirts guaranteed if registered by September 6. Runners must be at least 15 years old to participate in the half marathon. Awards will be presented to the top 3 overall…
