The River Fest 5K is sponsored by the New Cumberland Festival and Parade Committee and raises money for the Oak Glen High School Physical Education Department. This is a city road course that starts on North Chestnut Street (across from Hines Park Gazebo) in New Cumberland, heads south on Rt. 2 past the New Cumberland Baseball Fields and returns to start line.
