About the Labor Day Dash 5k
Come enjoy the Labor Day Dash 5k on Saturday, September 5th, at Hidden Valley Regional Park. The 5k races starts at 9am. All participants will receive a sport tek t-shirt, a finisher medal, and a sticker. This is an all trail run with a mostly flat course, a few rolling hills, and beautiful views. The Labor Day Dash 5k is a sanctioned USA track and field event. Ages 5 and up are welcome.
