About the VA 10 Miler Training Water Stops
The Lynchburg Road Runners Club hosts training water stops every Saturday in August and September from 7:00–9:00 AM in front of Riverside Runners to support those preparing for the VA 10 Miler. We also host a special 4-miler training water stop in September at the bottom of Farm Basket Hill. The Lynchburg Road Runners Club, in conjunction with Riverside Runners, will provide the tent, tablecloth, water coolers, electrolyte mix, and other necessary supplies—you are not required to bring anything…
