About the TRRC 50th Anniversary Celebration
TRRC's 50th Anniversary Celebration! The first meeting of the Toledo Roadrunners Club was held on January 2, 1976. The meeting was called to order by acting chairman Lou Wagner at his residence in Swanton, Ohio, at 7:30 P.M. Seventeen runners were in attendance. The opening motion was made by Lou Wagner, seconded by Jim Petiniot, to form a running club hereafter to be known as the Toledo Roadrunners. This motion was passed unanimously.
