About the Trot For Trauma
Saturday, August 22nd Thomas Bull Park, Montgomery, NY Lace up and join us for the third annual Trot for Trauma 5K - a community-driven run/walk to raise funds and awareness for PTSD. All proceeds go directly to Nourish Non-Profit, helping us provide low-cost mental health services to those in need.
