The Show Me Your Free State Marathon and Ultra is a multi-distance trail/gravel event (half marathon through 100-mile) run on a 25-mile loop starting and finishing at Rosecrans Memorial Airport near St. Joseph, Missouri. The route crosses the Missouri River valley into Kansas, following the riverbank and levee trails past farmland and the Loess Hills, and benefits the Benton High School Cross Country and Track & Field programs.
