We want to invite you and your friends and family to the 2025 FRIGID 5K and Penguin Plunge! It’s a great way to start out the year and break free from the winter running blues! The 5K and Penguin Plunge have been the premier winter event for over a decade. After the 5K, finish the event off with the Penguin Plunge.
