Rio Del Lago 100 Mile + 50K Endurance Runs is a long-running Northern California ultra (2026 marks the 25th running of the 100-mile and 5th of the 50K) starting and finishing at Beal's Point on Folsom Lake, combining sections of the American River 50 and Way Too Cool 50K courses through oak woodland, the American River Canyon, and across the historic No Hands Bridge. The 100-mile course is a Western States 100 qualifier with roughly 13,800+ ft of climbing, a 30-hour cutoff, and a demanding technical second half run largely in the dark.
