About the Mingus Madness 50k
A grassroots, unofficial, minimally supported 50K atop the Woodchute side of Mingus Mountain, capped at 30 runners. The rugged, remote course climbs and descends several canyons on seldom-used trail, with sweeping views of Prescott, Sedona, and the Verde Valley, and includes a strict mid-course cutoff for continuing the full distance.
