USAT Sanctioned Super Sprint Triathlon. Perfect for beginners, or a tune-up before your next big race. 400 yd swim | 5.4 mile bike | 2.2 mile run Swim: Starting in the water at Millerton, athletes will utilize Millerton Lake Boat Launch. Athletes will swim 400 yards around buoys, back to the boat ramp, exit the water and proceed to the Transition Area.
