About the Mental Health Matters 5k Run/1 Mile Walk
Join us for our 4th annual event! We walk and run in honor of those we’ve lost to suicide and those who have struggled or are struggling with mental health issues. If you are unable to attend the event this year, please consider donating to our fundraising page! All proceeds benefit the American Foundation For Suicide Prevention (AFSP.org) whose mission is to “save lives and bring hope”. We are not alone when we fight together.
