About the Megan's Mission 5k Run
Megan Bugg passed away on March 9, 2022 after a courageous and inspirational seven year battle with childhood cancer. During her fight, Megan became a passionate national advocate for childhood cancer advocacy and research. Her advocacy efforts led to her speaking in Washington, D.C. and raising nearly $1 million to fund promising childhood cancer research. The Megan's Mission Foundation was founded in Megan's memory to continue pursuing her dream of ending childhood cancer through advocacy and…
