The North Carolina State Highway Patrol (NCSHP) proudly presents the Lights & Sirens Race for Hope for Special Olympics North Carolina (SONC). The NCSHP, through their involvement with the Law Enforcement Torch Run for Special Olympics North Carolina, will host the second ever community fundraising event to feature a 5K run and 1.5-mile fun run at the Charlotte Motor Speedway.
