Inclusion in Motion is a 6-hour endurance event at Heckscher State Park where athletes of all abilities come together to promote inclusion and defy limits. Participants can run/walk solo, join a team, push an adaptive athlete, or be pushed as an athlete, completing as many 3.1-mile loops as possible, up to 26.2 miles (8 loops)!
