This year's 25th Annual Halifax Health - Hospice 5K is at 8 AM on Saturday, November 7th! We hope that you will join us in supporting this longstanding tradition that supports the Halifax Health - Hospice Family Caregiver Program. This program plays an integral role in the health of both the patient and their caregivers and is one of the reasons we have continued to serve the community for 47 years.
