The Forest Half Marathon and 7 Miler is a winter trail race on the Wolf River Trails in Memphis's Shelby Farms Park, run on the same flowing singletrack used for the Mamba 100. Organized by Mamba Trail Runners, it's a cupless, generously-cutoff event aimed at everyone from first-time trail runners to seasoned ultrarunners.
