On Saturday August 22, 2026, DMTL Nonprofit Organization will host the Annual A Healthy KSU 3K & Health Fair. Our vision is to decrease the health disparities within and among KSU students, alumni, and the Frankfort community, bridging gaps to help achieve Health Equity! Kentucky State University alumnus and A Healthy KSU and DMTL founder Tyrie Nason Buchanan noticed a large number of his classmates and younger KSU alumni were losing their lives to health-related issues far too soon.
