Greetings, Four Miler friends! The 43rd annual Charlottesville Women's Four Miler will be held at Foxfield on Saturday, September 5th, 2026. This much-loved community event began in 1983 and, since then, has grown to become the largest women's-only race in Virginia while raising over 4.2 million dollars for the UVA Breast Care Center.
