Family Health Partnership Clinic is proud to present the 26th Annual Care4 Breast Cancer 5K Run/Walk on Sunday, October 18th at Woodstock North High School! The Care4 Breast Cancer 5K celebrates survivors, supports our breast cancer warriors and honors the loved ones we have lost too soon.
