Welcome to the Captain of the Castle , an unsanctioned relay race in the heart of Boston, presented by Endorphins Running and New Balance. As the sun sets over Boston, runners will speed around one of the most storied loops in the city: the perimeter of the Castle Island harbor loop. Four runners, one mile each, to determine who will be the Captain of the Castle. This is a night to bring the running communities of Boston together.
