This is a Healthy Heart! Healthy Mind Event! Hosted by Colonial Sports at the Meadows The easy 8K and 2 Mile run/walk start and finish at the zero mile mark on the Virginia Capital trail. The 8K starts at 10 Am and it is a chip-timed race. All 8K participants receive a custom Long-sleeve race t( Race T and size guaranteed to all registered by Nov 16th, 2026) and the first 300 who sign up and finish the run/walk receive a die Cast finisher medal.
